Pfizer Company Analysis

Lehigh University; Introduction to Business is a Global Environment

2016

While working in a group with four individuals we were tasked with analyzing Pfizer in relation to the rest of the pharmaceutical industry. Weekly we analyzed different aspects of the company from its general overview, global business environment,  competitive analysis, marketing strategy, supply chain management, and sustainability. This weekly researching and reporting culminated in an Executive Summary Report of Pfizer in which we described important aspects of the business and drew conclusions on where the business could use improvement and where it excelled. This project had a huge focus on team work and allowed for more insight into how large companies manage themselves in regards to their industry and global business environment.

Indonesia/Russia Case Study

Lehigh University; Global Workplace

2017

While working in a group of three we were tasked with looking at the cultural and historical aspects of both Indonesia and Russia in order to get a better concept of business dealings on a global scale. After we had researched these countries we also had to give a concise and comprehensive presentation that would allow others to have insight toward conducting business in these countries. This project not only allowed me to further improve my communication and team work skills but also gain valuable insight on the intricacies of global business.

And With More to Come...

Organizational Behavior and Analysis- Johnny's Bagels

Lehigh University; Managing and Leading People in Organizations

2017

For this project, our group of five was trying to analyze and discuss the ability of organizational behaviors to influence real businesses and teams around us. Our group chose to look into the organizational behavior of Johnny's Bagels, a local cafe and deli located at the campus square of Lehigh University. We discussed the organizational culture at Johnny's as well as how they could improve efficiency and customer satisfaction by redefining their employee norms and role expectations. This process demonstrated how business relies on more than simply good products and services but also on employee interaction. In this presentation we also discussed how to implement these changes in a smooth and efficient manner.
